How To Create A Space
Galxe Space serves as your dedicated hub for community engagement and quest management within the Galxe ecosystem. Creating your own space is a straightforward process and this section will guide you through each step.
1. Log-in to Galxe
To create a Space on Galxe, you need to have an account and be logged in.
If you don’t have a Galxe account yet, create one here.
If you already have an account, simply log in using an EVM-compatible wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
2. Visit https://dashboard.galxe.com/onboard to start creating your space
3. Choose the right Business+ plan for your project
A 300 USDT/USDC deposit is required for 'Basic' Business+ plan ($0/month) space creation. This deposit is not applicable when choosing Growth, Pro, or Enterprise plans.

Starboard Preview
While on the create space page (https://dashboard.galxe.com/onboard), use the "Search" function to explore Starboards of active Galxe spaces and major crypto projects.
This lets you preview key metrics and understand how Starboard tracks community engagement and contributor activity before setting up your own space.

4. After linking your wallet, the 'Confirmation' window pops up. Here, confirm your Galxe Account, fill out the necessary survey, and agree to the Terms of Use by checking the corresponding box to continue.
5. Fill in your project details (name, intro, logo, category, token info).
6. Bind your official space email address
7. Proceed to the "Plan" section to select your space's plan and make the required deposit or payment.
7.1 Subscribing with the Basic Plan
*When depositing the 300 USDT/USDC for the Basic Plan, the following coins and networks are accepted:

8. Your Space is now successfully created!
Use the “+ Add Admins” button on this window to instantly add new administrators by providing their Galxe ID, EVM address, or Solana address. Click 'Confirm' to finalize and proceed to your Galxe dashboard for space management.
*New Galxe Spaces will have system-generated URLs.
Ownership Transfer
Ownership Transfer
To transfer Space Ownership, please follow these steps:
Go to your Dashboard page
Navigate to Settings.
Click on Accounts.
Select the address to which you’d like to transfer ownership.
Important Note: Only EVM addresses can be designated as an Owner or Admin of a Space on Galxe.
If the owner is not present, you can contact live chat to proceed with the request.

Connect your self-custodial wallet to verify ownership of your Space.
Update your official links, go to the dashboard page, click on settings, and select 'edit' for your space links.
Click the ‘Get Verified’ button to begin the verification process.
We will process your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
Galxe Space Refund
You can request a refund for your Galxe deposit 3 months after creation. Cancellations are not allowed within the first three months.

There should be no active quests when requesting to close the space.
Space cancellation within the first three months of creation is not allowed to protect Galxe users' rights.

Locate the Accounts section and scroll to the bottom
Click “Generate New API Tokens”
