Overview

The Space Referral Program allows you to invite new projects to Galxe and earn rewards when they successfully launch and grow their Spaces. By sharing your unique referral link, you can:

  • Earn rewards when invited projects launch their first quest

  • Unlock additional benefits as those projects grow

  • Help expand your network and influence within the Galxe ecosystem

How it Works

  • Any Space owner on Galxe can participate

  • Verified Spaces receive additional benefits for their referral

To qualify for rewards, the invited project must:

  • Create a new Space using your referral link

  • Launch their first public quest within 7 days

How to Begin

Step 1: Get Your Referral Link

  • Go to the Rewards Hub

  • Find “Refer New Projects” under First Tasks

  • Click “Go” to access your referral page

  • Copy your unique referral link

Step 2: Invite Projects

  • Share your referral link with new projects

  • They must use your link to create their Space.

Step 3: Project Activation

For your referral to count, the invited project must:

  • Launch their first quest within 7 days

  • Ensure the quest is set to Public

Step 4: Earn Rewards

Once the conditions are met:

  • Rewards are automatically credited to your account

  • You can track progress on your Referral Dashboard

Rewards for Referrers (Space Owners)

There are two tiers of rewards: Activation Rewards and Performance Rewards.

Tier 1: Activation Rewards

The table below shows the reward breakdown when your referred project creates a space and launches their first quest within 7 days

Tier 2: Performance Rewards

You can earn additional rewards based on the performance and growth of your referred projects. You qualify for these rewards if either:

  • A referred Space has a quest with 1,000 participants, or

  • The project upgrades to a Business+ plan

Reward: A Business+ Essential Plan extension trial for additional 15 days

Note: Performance rewards are subject to program eligibility and availability, as determined by Galxe.

Rewards for Invited Projects

Referred projects also get certain perks:

Standard Benefits

  • 15-Day Business+ Essential Plan trial (if they launch their first quest within 7 days)

If invited by a Verified Space, they get a waiver for the $300 space deposit, in addition to the 15-Day Business+ Essential Plan trial.

Note: If the space already has a Business+ plan, their Business+ reward will translate to an extension of their plan duration:

  • Essential Plan: +7 days per reward

  • Growth Plan: +8 days per reward

  • Enterprise Plan: +12 days per reward

Tracking Your Referrals

You can monitor the status of your referrals from your Referral Dashboard. The dashboard shows:

  • Your Referral Link: This is unique to your space and it is easy to copy and share.

  • Referral Stats: This shows you your Total Referrals, Successful Referrals, Pending Referrals, and Total Rewards Earned

  • Progress Tracking: View your Tier 1 milestones (1, 3, 5 referrals) and track Tier 2 performance rewards.

Note: Your referral status resets when a new season begins. This means that, every season, you get 100 rewards hub points and 100 gas station credits provided you refer new spaces in that season.

Important Points to Note

  • Referral links do not expire

  • Only new Spaces qualify as referrals (existing Spaces are not eligible)

  • The first quest must be public

  • Rewards are only granted after all conditions are met
