Quest Performance Data
As part of the subscription plan, projects get access to a detailed report on individual quest participants, including task completions, reward claims, social data, and bot detection, making it easier to evaluate engagement and allocate rewards accurately.

Leaderboard Insights Analysis
With upgraded reporting tools, projects can gain deeper visibility into user performance across quests. The leaderboard report includes participation details, loyalty point breakdowns, rankings, and bot detection labels to help identify and reward genuine engagement.

Sybil Prevention Tool
Preventing fake or automated accounts from abusing campaigns is crucial for maintaining fairness and data quality. Subscribers get access to:
X Authentic Verification, ensuring users complete the required X tasks before participating, as verified using X API data
Galxe’s Bot Identification System to detect bots and view a breakdown of real vs. fake users
The ability to exclude bots from receiving token rewards in token reward quests (starting at Pro tier)

Starboard Access
Galxe Starboard lets projects highlight top contributors based on both on-chain and off-chain activity.

Growth plan: Adds 1 Social Starboard alongside the Loyalty Points Starboard
Pro plan: Includes the Loyalty Points Starboard plus up to 5 Starboards (up to 2 Social and 3 custom/on-chain types)

Additional Gas Credit Subsidy
Monthly gas credits offset the claim fees participants would otherwise pay in non-gasless quests, helping lower entry barriers and improve participation. In addition to the standard gas credit distribution through the Rewards Hub, subscribers may also be eligible for additional credits.
Note: Gas credits are distributed monthly and expire if not used within 30 days. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
For example, if a space subscribes to the monthly Growth plan on May 15, a $200 credit will be issued to their space, expiring on June 15.
API Access & Rate Limit
Projects can use Galxe’s production API endpoint (https://graphigo.prd.galaxy.eco/query) to check which users have completed specific quest tasks or display their leaderboard, Starboard, or quests on their own website. The rate limit determines the frequency at which the API can be used within a specified time period, based on usage policies associated with each subscription plan.

GG Boost
Galxe Gold (GG) is a point system where users earn GG by completing quests, which can be used to open mystery boxes or join lotteries for rewards.
Quests from subscribed projects include added GG, allowing participants to earn even more points and boosting overall campaign engagement.
For example, if a quest normally gives 30 GG, a Growth subscriber's quest will reward 33 GG due to the 10% boost.
Space Verification Checkmark
A verified badge (blue checkmark) adds credibility to your project space, shows authenticity, and helps users recognize trusted sources.
Note:
If your space is already verified, the Galxe Business+ subscription won’t have any additional impact.
If your space is not verified, it can be verified by subscribing to a Galxe Business+ plan. The verification will end when the subscription ends.
If the space is a subscriber, but paid a $300 verification fee additionally, the one-year subscription will apply after the subscription ends.

You can upgrade your subscription under the following conditions:
You are upgrading to a higher plan within the same subscription period, or if you are switching to a longer subscription period within the same plan tier.
Ex.
Quarterly Growth → Quarterly Pro
Annual Growth → Annual Pro
Quarterly Pro → Annual Pro
You cannot upgrade to a different plan and a different subscription period simultaneously.
Ex. Quarterly Growth → Annual Pro
You must pay the full price of the new plan.
Unused value from your current plan will be converted into additional days on the upgraded plan.
The upgrade takes effect immediately, and your expiration date will be extended based on the remaining value of your previous plan.
Example:
You subscribe to Quarterly Growth plan for $8,997 (3 months × $2,999) starting January 1, 2025. This plan ends on March 31, 2025.
On February 1, 2025, you upgrade to Quarterly Pro for $20,997 (3 months × $6,999).
Since you’ve used only 1 month of Growth, the remaining 2 months (worth $5,998) will be converted into additional Pro days.
Daily rate of Pro = $20,997 ÷ 90 days = $233.30/day
Extra days = $5,998 ÷ $233.30 ≈ 25.7 days, rounded to 26 days
Your new Pro plan starts February 1, 2025 and will now end on May 1, 2025 + 26 days = May 27, 2025

Downgrades are not supported. A space cannot switch to a lower-tier plan (e.g., Pro to Growth) or change from an annual to a quarterly cycle during an active subscription.

Yes. All existing spaces are automatically on the Free plan, which does not require a subscription.
The Free plan includes access to standard dashboard features and supports one Galxe Starboard (for Points) to track user points earned through quests.

Yes, there is a limit, and it depends on your subscription plan:
Growth: Up to 4 downloads per month
Pro: Up to 12 downloads per month
Enterprise: Custom limits

Your Galxe Business+ subscription applies to your project space only and cannot be shared across other spaces.
What happens if my Galxe Space is already verified through the standalone 300 USDT payment, and then I subscribe to Galxe Business+?
What happens if my Galxe Space is already verified through the standalone 300 USDT payment, and then I subscribe to Galxe Business+?
If your space is already verified, and you then subscribe to a Galxe Business+ Growth or Pro plan, your space verification expiration date will be extended. The system will set it to whichever date is furthest in the future between your original verification expiration date and your Galxe Business+ subscription end date.
Example: If your standalone space verification is set to expire on 2025/06/01, but your Galxe Business+ subscription ends on 2025/07/01, your space verification benefits will last until 2025/07/01.
