Galxe Account

Galxe Account serves as your universal identity in the web3 ecosystem, unifying your multichain and multi-wallet activities into a cohesive digital identity. It consolidates all your digital profiles into one, enhancing your visibility across various platforms. With Galxe Account, you can seamlessly manage wallet addresses and social accounts while showcasing your web3 achievements. This integration simplifies interactions, streamlines asset management, and provides personalized experiences through developer toolkits, ensuring a dynamic and well-organized web3 experience.

Create your Galxe Account

You can create a Galxe Account using three methods—EVM, Non-EVM, or Social login—each offering unique benefits.

Using EVM Wallet

Your EVM address serves as your primary identity for verifying on-chain credentials, claiming rewards, and receiving assets across EVM-compatible chains. Galxe supports various EVM networks, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, and more, enabling seamless interactions across different blockchains.

New to Web3? Learn to create your wallet in Mission Web3 Module 1 here.

Note: This will be your Primary Address for receiving all EVM rewards. It will be publicly visible and cannot be changed once set.

Guide

  2. Connect your self-custodial EVM wallet (e.g. MetaMask) to Galxe.

  3. Setup your username with at least 4 characters

  4. Click “Sign up”

  5. Click “Confirm” to create your Galxe Account

    1. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Confirm.

  6. Success! Your Galxe account is created, and your Galxe ID is generated.

    1. The Galxe ID can be seen through the URL of your Galxe Account profile e.g. https://app.galxe.com/id/aRG5zQyD3AHd6di9rAnY8P

Using Non-EVM Wallet

A Non-EVM wallet allows you to connect and interact with blockchain networks that aren't EVM-compatible, such as Solana or Bitcoin. This option is ideal for users who want to participate in quests or activities on these alternative networks. While your Non-EVM wallet can be used for specific blockchain activities and off-chain rewards, keep in mind that to claim EVM rewards, you'll still need to bind an EVM wallet address to your Galxe account.

Note: To receive all EVM rewards, you must bind an EVM wallet address to your Galxe account.

Guide

  1. Click “Log in”

  2. Connect your self-custodial Non-EVM wallet (e.g. Backpack) to Galxe.

    1. Select “Solana” and then choose “Backpack” to connect your wallet.

  3. Setup your username with at least 4 characters

Using Social Login

Social logins allow you to create or access your Galxe Account using popular accounts like Twitter, Discord, or Email. This method is user-friendly, especially for those new to blockchain technology or without a web3 wallet. It simplifies participation in quests focused on offchain rewards and activities. For rewards requiring onchain transactions, you will need to bind an EVM wallet address to your Galxe Account.

Note: Changing the social account will forfeit access to previously claimed rewards.
