What are recurring campaigns?
Recurring Campaigns are a valuable and frequently used feature within the Galxe toolbox.
We designed Recurring Campaigns to facilitate consistent and meaningful engagement within your community!
You can easily set a campaign to recur daily, weekly or monthly and reward loyal community members.

Setting Up a Recurring Campaign
Navigate to the campaign creation screen.
Among the settings, you'll find an option for recurrence. (By default, campaigns are a one-time event.)
Select your desired frequency for recurring campaigns: 'Daily,' 'Weekly,' or 'Monthly.'
ℹ️ Note: Choosing a recurring option will limit the campaign to loyalty points rewards.
Types of Recurring Campaigns
Below are the types of recurring campaigns you can initiate:
Daily Login Streak: Rewards for daily logins, enhancing user engagement.
Community Engagement Tasks: Periodic tasks like sharing content, commenting, or participating in virtual events.
Education and Learning: Use recurring campaigns to promote educational materials.
Social Sharing: Reward users for sharing your platform's content.
Task-Based Rewards: Tailor campaigns to your project's specific objectives.
Limits of Recurring Campaigns
You can choose a time that campaigns will recur. However, you need to know a few details.
There are two major types of recurring campaigns: short (daily) and extended (weekly/monthly).
If you don't want to set a duration, you may also toggle an option for no end time, and your campaign will always recur.
Daily Recurrence: Only 'Visit a Page' tasks work for these campaigns.
Weekly/Monthly Recurrence: Additional tasks like Twitter likes or retweets are available.
⚠️ Wait: The reset time for Recurring Campaigns is at 12am UTC.
Daily: Reset every day 12am UTC time
Weekly: Reset every Monday 12am UTC time
Monthly: Reset every 1st of a month 12am UTC time
How It Works
After selecting 'recurring,' a frequency option will appear.
Choose your reset time based on the selected frequency.
This setup ensures the tasks automatically reset, allowing users to participate regularly.
