Galxe Loyalty Level System

Updated over 3 weeks ago

💡 This article is for Galxe Community Members participating in quests, earning rewards, and using the platform. If you're a Space Owner looking to manage Quests and Spaces, please visit our Space Owner Help section.

The Galxe Loyalty Level system rewards users for consistent engagement on the platform. By completing daily and special tasks, users earn XP and Galxe Gold (GG), which determine their loyalty level and unlock increasing benefits over time.

Key Features

Experience Points (XP)

XP reflects your activity and dedication on Galxe. Completing tasks earns XP, which determines your Loyalty Level. XP is only counted within its valid period, after which it expires.

Galxe Gold (GG)

Galxe Gold is Galxe’s universal reward currency. You can earn GG by completing tasks and use it to play in Galxe Rewards Hub or redeem rewards in the Galxe store within the validity period.

Validity Period

XP and GG will have the same validity period based on current User Loyalty Level.

How to Earn XP and GG

XP and GG are earned by actively engaging with the Galxe platform through a mix of daily activities and one-time special actions.

Daily tasks reward consistent participation, such as checking in or completing quests. They reset every day, allowing for steady accumulation of XP and GG over time.

Special tasks, which can only be completed once, provide larger, one-off XP bonuses for deeper engagement, such as subscribing to Plus or minting your Score, helping users progress to higher loyalty levels more quickly. Each task has a defined reward value and, in some cases, a completion limit to ensure fairness across users.

Note: The rule for the GG boost, which factors in Galxe+ status and G staking, remains the same.

Beyond the daily XP and GG bonus, users will now also receive 30 XP and a minimum of 30 GG for each claim when completing Quests involving OATs, NFTs, or Loyalty Points. The table below outlines all available tasks, the type of task, the XP and GG rewards associated with each, and any applicable limits.

How Loyalty Levels Are Calculated

  • Your loyalty level is calculated daily based on the total XP that is still valid on that day.

  • Once XP expires, it no longer contributes to your level.

  • Different levels have different XP validity periods (30, 60, or 90 days).

Transition Period: Claim Fee & Level Protection

To ensure users are not disadvantaged during the upgrade:

  1. At launch, loyalty levels will be calculated using your historical XP.

  2. Your new loyalty level will never be lower than your current Claim Fee Tier.

  3. Your effective Claim Fee will be calculated as:

Claim Fee = the lower (better) of:

- the fee from your new loyalty level, or

- your existing Claim Fee Tier.

Example Scenarios

  • If your historical XP places you at L4, you’ll receive L4 benefits for 60 days, even if your old tier expires earlier.

  • If your historical XP places you at L6, you’ll immediately enjoy L6 benefits for 90 days, regardless of previous tier expiry.

  • If your tier previously expired, your new fee is still determined by your historical XP level under the new system.
