Binding and Unbinding Social Media Accounts with Galxe ID

Please note that each social media account can only be bound to one Galxe ID at a time. If you need to switch to a new Galxe ID or suspect that your wallet or social media accounts have been compromised, you'll need to unbind the affected social media accounts from your current Galxe ID.

Here's how to connect your social media accounts to your Galxe ID:

  1. Connect your wallet to Galxe.

  2. Click on your avatar and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

  3. On the Settings page, click on "Social Link".

  4. Connect the social media account you want to link to your wallet.

To unbind a social media account from your GalxeID, follow these simple steps:

  1. Connect your wallet on Galxe.

  2. Click on your avatar and choose "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

  3. On the Settings page, click on "Social Link".

  4. Click "Remove" next to the account that you want to unbind.

Error: GraphQL error: account is already registered

If you encounter the error message "GraphQL error: account is already registered," indicating that your social media account is already registered to another address, follow these steps:

  1. If you recognize the address and have access to it, log in with that address on galxe.com and complete the steps in Section 1.

  2. If you do not recognize the address or have lost access to it, submit an Unbinding request through our Community Support. In the "Type of community support" section, choose Galxe Unbind Social Media Account Request.

  3. If you want to unbind Discord through an Unbinding request, make sure that your account is a verified member of the Galxe Discord Server.
