Getting Started with X Retargeting

X Retargeting is a data export feature that links users’ wallet addresses to their connected X (Twitter) accounts. It makes it easy to export filtered lists of engaged users, like Starboard contributors, quest participants, Loyalty Points leaders, Earndrop participants, and active questers, and reach them directly on X.

Why Use X Retargeting

  • Identify engaged users - Reach users who have already interacted and contributed within Galxe’s ecosystem, including Starboard contributors, quest participants, and Earndrop users.

  • Save resources - Work with focused groups instead of broad, random audiences.

  • Reconnect with participants - Spot contributors and questers and keep them engaged.

  • Flexible use - Receive the data in CSV format, ready to use in Twitter Ads or direct outreach.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to X Retargeting

    From your dashboard, navigate to the Starboard section and open X Retargeting.

  2. Select Filters

    Choose the user group you want to target. Eligible filters include:

    • Top Contributors on Loyalty Points Board

    • Top Contributors on Starboard

    • Earndrop Eligible Users

    • Quest Participants

    • Active Questers

  3. View Summary of Results

    Once filters are applied, you’ll see a summary showing how many users match each category. This lets you confirm the audience size and make adjustments if needed before exporting.

  4. Download

    After reviewing the summary, enter the email address where you want the export delivered and click Confirm. The file will be sent to your inbox as a CSV.

What do I need before using this feature?

Users must have connected both their EVM wallet and their X account on Galxe.

Which user groups can I filter by?

You can filter by Top Contributors (Loyalty Points Board or Starboard), Earndrop Eligible Users, Quest Participants, and Active Questers.

What happens if a user disconnects their X account from Galxe?

Their handle will no longer appear in your export.
