How to Fix the “Illegal Signature” Error?

When you are getting this error while claiming a reward, this might be due to a date and time synchronization issue. You can try to synchronize the date and time by following the steps below or alternatively claim the reward using your mobile phone.

For Windows:

  1. Go to Time & Language settings.

  2. Turn off “Set time zone automatically.”

  3. Restart your browser or your laptop.

For Mac:

  1. Open the Apple menuSystem SettingsGeneralDate & Time.

  2. Turn on “Set time and date automatically.”

Click Set and enter a network time server for your region.
