When you are getting this error while claiming a reward, this might be due to a date and time synchronization issue. You can try to synchronize the date and time by following the steps below or alternatively claim the reward using your mobile phone.
For Windows:
Go to Time & Language settings.
Turn off “Set time zone automatically.”
Restart your browser or your laptop.
For Mac:
Open the Apple menu → System Settings → General → Date & Time.
Turn on “Set time and date automatically.”
Click Set and enter a network time server for your region.
