How to Request Co-Marketing Support on Galxe

Learn how Galxe Space Owners can access co-marketing support and boost quest visibility through homepage and social media placements.

Galxe offers co-marketing support to help projects increase visibility, drive participation, and grow their communities. This article explains what makes your project eligible, what support is available, and how to submit a request.

Who Can Receive Co-Marketing Support?

Co-marketing support may be provided under the following conditions:

  • As part of your Space Tier benefits (Level 2, 3, and 4 Spaces)

  • As part of a paid partnership or campaign

  • As a benefit of Galxe Business+ Enterprise subscription

Space Tier Benefits (Level 2–4)

If your Space is eligible under the Space Tier Program, you can apply for co-marketing benefits directly.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the Rewards Hub in your dashboard

  2. Locate your Space Tier benefits section

  3. Submit your request via this form:

Important Notes

  • Each Rewards Hub season lasts 3 months

  • All benefit requests must be submitted before the end of the season

  • Unused benefits expire when a new season begins

  • Space Tier progress resets every season

How Requests Are Processed

  • Submitting the form will automatically notify the Support team

  • Your request will be reviewed to ensure:

    • Your Space level is correct

    • Your campaign aligns with benefit guidelines

  • If needed, the Support team may contact you for additional details

  • Once approved, the request will be scheduled and fulfilled

  • You will be notified once your feature is live

Additional Notes for Level 4 Spaces

  • Level 4 requests may receive additional internal visibility for potential partnerships

  • Eligible campaigns may also be considered for Trending Quest features

Available Placements

Depending on eligibility and availability, your campaign may be featured in:

  • Homepage Carousel: Premium banner placement on the Galxe homepage, offering maximum visibility to all users upon entry.

  • Explore Page Carousel: Featured banner within the Explore All Quests section, helping users discover your quest while browsing campaigns.

  • Explore More section: Featured positioning below other quests to capture ongoing user engagement.

  • Hot Spaces: Showcases trending and high-performing spaces with strong engagement and activity.

  • Social Media Reach on X: Projects can have their quests featured in @GalxeQuest’s weekly Quest of the Week thread. They can also have their quest/post retweeted or quote retweeted from @GalxeQuest, reaching a broad and engaged Web3 audience. These posts help drive awareness and encourage user participation across active quests.
