JamboApp Users:

  1. Where can I find the $J Earndrop claim page as a JamboApp user?

  2. What kind of wallet address do I need to claim the $J Earndrop?

    1. Only Solana addresses will be able to claim. Please make sure to bind your JamboWallet or other Solana wallet to your Galxe Account by clicking the circular icon in the upper right of the Galxe platform. Then click Settings followed by Wallet Address and select the wallet type to bind.

    2. If you are new to Galxe, please create an account by logging in to Galxe. To do so, connect your JamboWallet or other Solana wallet to the platform, then set up your Galxe Account username when prompted. Once this is done, proceed to JamboApp's Earndrop page to check and claim your allocation.

  3. What is the criteria for JamboApp users to be eligible?

    1. Users must have earned at least 100 JamboPoints in the JamboApp before 10:00 AM UTC on January 21 (the snapshot date).

  4. I have 100+ JamboPoints in JamboApp but it says my $J allocation is 0.00. Why?

    1. Please verify that you earned the 100+ JamboPoints before the snapshot time of 10 AM UTC, January 21. If yes and you see an allocation of 0.00, please reach out to Jambo’s customer support to check your eligibility. (https://t.me/jambocustomersupport)

  5. I claimed $J but I don’t see it in my wallet.

    1. This could be due to network congestion. Check whether your wallet history shows a failed transaction. If so, try to claim your $J tokens again. Ensure you have enough SOL in your wallet to cover gas fees.

  6. I claimed $J, but it says “transaction failure”. How to fix this? Is my allocation gone?

    1. The failure could be due to network congestion. Please try to claim again. Your allocation will not be affected by network congestion.

  7. I have (or purchased) a JamboPhone, why am I not eligible for the $J Earndrop?

    1. The $J Earndrop campaigns on Galxe are for JamboApp Users with JamboPoints and MadLads Holders. JamboPhone owners will receive airdrops directly to their JamboWallet address. For future updates on $J airdrops, follow @JamboTechnology on X or join Jambo’s Telegram group.

  8. I'm unable to claim my $J Earndrop via Jambo Wallet even though I am eligible.

    1. Due to an issue with JamboWallet claiming, we’ll be sending all 17K+ eligible JamboWallet users' $J airdrops directly to their wallet addresses. Please check your wallet.




MadLads Holders:

  1. Where can I find the $J Earndrop claim page as a MadLads holder?

  2. I am a MadLads NFT Holder. Why do I not have a $J allocation?

    1. Only those MadLads NFT Holders who completed the MadLads x Jambo Quest are eligible to claim the $J Earndrop.

  3. I claimed $J and it says “transaction failure”. How to fix this? Is my allocation gone?

    1. The failure could be due to network congestion. Please try to claim again. Your allocation will not be affected by network congestion.
