Galxe's Co-Host Collection feature allows you to collaborate with other Galxe Spaces to design a unified experience for your users. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and manage a Co-Host Collection.

Let's get started!
Step 1: Access the Create Menu
Log in to your Galxe Dashboard.
Click the Create button on the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Select Co-Host Collection from the options provided.
Step 2: Enter Collection Information
Fill in the Title and Description for your collection. These will be visible to users and should clearly describe the purpose of the collection.

Step 3: Invite Co-Hosts
Navigate to the Quests List section.
In the Invite Co-Host Projects section, invite other Galxe Spaces to collaborate on the collection, by clicking Invite Projects.
Search for the Space you want to invite and click the Invite button.
Adjust the invitation message to your liking, then click Send.
Co-hosts will receive the invitation and can accept to join your collection.
Step 4: Add Quests to the Collection, Review and Publish
In the Add Quests to Collection section. Click Add Quest to create individual quests or link existing quests to the collection.
Once all details and quests are finalized, you may click Preview, save the draft or publish it by clicking Release.
If You Have Received a Collaboration Invitation
If you have received an invitation to collaborate in a Collection as a Co-Host, there are two ways you can review the invitation and accept or decline it:
You will receive a notification email about the Co-Host Quest Invitation and you can click the the button Review Invitation to view and manage the Invitation.
Alternatively, you can view your invitations by selecting Quests (1) in the Dashboard menu on the left, then select the Collaboration tab (2) and you should then see your Collaboration Settings as well as the Invitations and the option to Accept or Decline (3) those.

Use the collaboration feature to combine efforts with other Spaces and offer users a more engaging experience.
Regularly update the collection to keep content fresh and relevant.

Co-hosts can manage and edit their quests under the Co-Host Collection, but the original creator retains the ability to make major changes.
